Well Wishes for Good People.

One quick thing...
Tomorrow is the day of the big announcement.
I'll just tell you, you are either gonna love it, or hate it. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you may even soil yourself. And you may look back on these series of teaser messages and want to beat me about the head and shoulders with them. Whatever. Come see.

So today, this fine Tuesday, I want to tell you about three people before I head outside and clean my garage. And by the way, I keep a fair bit of alcohol in my garage, so if you want to come help me organize, I'm just saying, there's no telling where this day may lead.

Anyway, back to three people. And these are three that we are praying for around here, and I encourage you to do the same.

The first is my friend Tony. Now, I knew Tony back in the early 90s when I lived in Salt Lake City. I was a non-mormon living in an apartment complex full of non-mormon Delta flight attendants, and I hung with a crowd of them including Tony and a young lady he was in deep smit with named Colleen. I was a socially needy manager for Revlon back then, and they were simply neat and decent people that took me in.

Tony is one of the latest casualties of our economic disaster, and a relatively new blogger, and I encourage you to start following him. He has a talent for the written word, but more so he is one of those few men I know who I point to and describe as "a really sweet and decent guy". In a really good way. Go get to know him. You won't be sorry.

The other two happen to be married. Now, I'm not gonna get into a lot about "why", but I just want to ask if you may add them to your prayers. See, again, Joel and Abbey are just...well...good people. And I have to believe that good things happen to good people. If it doesn't, then I just don't know what to believe.

To get into it further would give it all away, and the thing is, they are just fairly private people. And every time I spend time with them I think... man, I like them. So if you are remotely like me, and you have respect for good and decent people, will you send your hopeful wishes out to them?

I'm up at the ungodly hour of 4:20 a.m. to put my screaming baby back to bed, so I figured I might as well hop on here and link up. Now, let me just tell you this. The suspense is just killing me! Tomorrow just needs to get here already because I'm dying to know what you're talking about. Ok, off to go catch some more zzzz's before the alarm goes off in an hour...

And, I'm heading over to get to know Tony. Best wishes on my part are being sent to your friends, and.....SLC, eh? Did you ever go to the Pioneer museum by Capitol hill?

This is my first Tuesday not participating, but I'll be back next week for sure. :)r

Wow, somehow deleted my comment. Looked up your friends and look forward to updates.

Hopefully what's in your garage isn't the nasty Wal Mart wine!

Happy cleaning.

So, I assume Tony is from Santa Fe. I will have to pop over on him. Not in a slutty way, or anything.

Hmm, that's a shame because I really only like to spend time with crappy indecent people. Well, them, and people who drink in their garages. So, sorry "jay's friends" but you'll have to get your prayers and well wishes from Big Bird, not Oscar the Grouch here.

JUST KIDDING. Praying for them. Right now. Cross my heart.

I will say prayers for your friends and try to visit as soon as I'm done my rounds. And your big thing had better be good because between you and Deb, you have built it up so much! I'm expecting like cold hard cash in massive amounts or something!

Thanks Jay for the shout out! We would never have made it this far if it weren't for friends like you guys. All the prayers are certainly appreciated, especially after a week like this last one. Hope to see you guys soon!

I am off to spread some bloggy seeds of love!

Speaking of bloggy seeds...are you pregnant? Is that the announcement?

I can't wait to see what you have in store!!

I'll add your friends to my prayers. I actually keep a pad of paper specifically for bloggy prayers by my computer. No joke. I just don't want to forget anybody.
